Friends are needed, badly. Sofia tends to draw her creative energies from people, her friends being the most ready source. It's easy to get along with Sophie, and bonus points if you're artsy in way. The fastest way to her heart is to offer to model for her. She loves working with models, since it gives her chance to practice her craft. Sofia falters in the love department. She hasn't had the chance for romance, since she's so busy. She's kind of a workaholic, dedicated entirely to her art. She hasn't met the right guy yet (maybe even girl, who knows?), and has fanciful dreams about it often. She tends to romanticize love to the point of fantasy, where her expectations might be a bit over the top. Sophie is a loyal, affectionate lover, and is the kind of girlfriend you'd want to hold onto for as long as you can... Maybe until death do you part. She tends to prefer older men; but, she's open to most anything.

This list will hopefully be small, or Sofia hopes. Sofia's adverse to people who are generally cruel, manipulative, mean spirited and oppressive. She's a free spirit, and she can't understand anyone who would try to cage her soul like a bird. Since Sophie tends to avoid conflict, and avoids drama in general, it's harder for her to have knock-out-I-hate-you-forever-and-I-hope-you-get-hit-by-a-car enemies... But, anything's possible.

Chance & Sofia

So I could see some sort of friendship between the two of them.
What makes it tricky though is what kind of friendship the two of them would have. Because Chance is a ladies man so I'm not sure how they would meet or anything but he would be willing to help her get her career rolling. He might ask her if she would be interested in working on movies and drawing out stuff for the pre production of movies. He could help her get into that since he knows a lot of high up people in the movie business. That is if she would want to do anything like that.
The only thing is I'm not sure what Chance would want from her because while he can be a nice guy, he's also a bit of an asshole and likes to get something out of it as well. That thinking also comes from being famous, he is always trying to up his career so if you have any ideas like that then let me know.
He might also try to get her to break out of her shell a bit and invite her to some of his parties and stuff like that, not sure if she would be interested in going or anything but he would probably try anyways.

so let me facilitate all this. xD Chance and Sophie are vastly different personality-wise; but, Sophie has such an easy time getting along with people. She deals with them all the time and loves them. How do they meet? Probably the way Sophie will meet most people on here, through her art. Around LA, she probably has banners, posters, advertisements up that offer to draw people that will model for her (for a modest fee). Maybe chance feels as if his visage needs to be immortalized in her drawings. That could easily facilitate a meeting between the two, and the chance for them to bond, as well as for him to discover the talent she has for sketches.

Sophie is up for *anything* art-wise. Any opportunity is a good opportunity to add on to her portfolio. So if he were to offer her help in getting her into more professional concept art, she'd be ecstatic and feel as if she'd owe him for the rest of her life. XD even if it isn't a fit, it's still an experience, and that's good in her book.

What can she offer him? Well, this could go deep-conspiracy wise, or it could be simple. The blue-eyed, adorable Russian isn't famous, rich, or complicated. She has no connections or ties, and has nothing she can do to step him up in the ladder of success. Sophie is a strings-free girl. There's no drama attached, and never will be. If Chance wanted it, she could be the constant in his life. No matter how many girls pass through his life, and how many friends part, Sofia will always be there. She'll be there for him when he needs her the most, and will always offer him laughter, comfort and affection. Every famous actor needs that sort of foundation in their life, don't they? I would think so. So Sophie could be good material for that, and if he helped her as well as he plans to, he'd be sure to mark a special place in her heart that would earn him her loyalty forever.

There's another option for this, though. One that does kind of go the drama route, and kind of makes them not as good friends (at least on one side). If he wanted something tangible from her, the help he could have been offering her might as well be helping himself. Higher up movie types, businessmen, stuff like that, tend to have a conscience the size of a pea. Say a director wanted to offer him the leading role in a new movie; but, just needed *one* little thing to seal the deal? Sophie is pretty. Sophie is naive. Sophie wouldn't see it coming. I'm not exactly sure what would happen (probably nothing major); but, either way, Sofia would never end up blaming Chance for it. It's not in her nature to ever think that he would kind of set her up for something like that. So, he gets that step up in life; but, I don't know how close they'd be after that.

So I guess it's up to you. XD Those are my ideas.

I definitely like the idea you had about her being his constant in his life. He definitely needs that and it would be good to have her there to play that role. He would probably look at her as a little sister and end up playing the big brother role since he doesn't have other siblings to share that special bond with.
He would probably end up being pretty protective of her and wouldn't want anyone to take advantage of her being naive or young or good hearted like some people might. And yes they could meet because of her sketches.
Chance's agent might suggest he do it for some reason or another so he'll go get her to sketch him and then they can become friends and he can help her with her career since he gets to see her talent at work.
Would you like to go ahead and start a thread for these two? We can have it start when he is coming to get his sketch done. And I can start it or you can.
