brooklyn && harleigh : ohh these two are both little bitches who love the spotlight. i think this could go one of two ways. they could really get along and go out and have girl times or they can totally hate each other and brooklyn would probably think is ruining her career with all the smoking she does. add/delete/channge anything ( :

BROOKLYNN&HARLEIGH
I was actually thinking the EXACT same thing for these two! I knew that they would either really get along well or absolutely hate each other. Perhaps we could play both ends of the spectrum and they could be best friends and stuff like that in the beginning and then maybe something can happen between them that makes them hate each other and they can either make up afterwards or keep hating each other forever. What do you think?

Brooklynn & Ursula
In the show, New Girl, the main character’s best friend, a model, exclaims, “My face is my job!” You’ve created a character that allows you to tap provocative themes, ideas about beauty, about the worth Brooklynn and other people attach to her beauty—be it financial or emotional. Those, and other complications like the effects of fame, hangers-on, the loss of privacy, the dramatic shift from working class anonymity to celebrity and wealth, could make for a really interesting character! You’re to be commended for it!
Anyways—I have no clear idea, yet, how our characters would ever meet. My friend Hazel and I were thinking of a huge museum benefit gala that would give every character the opportunity to participate, since movie stars, struggling artists, up-and-coming scientists, unemployed soldiers, and super models don't usually run in the same circles. (Also, I freely admit to RPing to play dress up.)
However they meet, the point remains. Brooklynn and Ursula need each other. There’s so much potential conflict there. She’ll probably mistake Brooklynn’s name for “Brooke Lynn” and pronounce it thus. And while she might even recognize her, she’ll certainly fail to kowtow to the goddess. They’re titans destined to clash.

BROOKLYNN & URSULA
First of I want to thank you for your compliment. Second of all, I'm glad that Brooklynn is able to actually have an enemy since her personality can be a bit hard to get along with for some people. I can definitely see these two have a problem with each other though I'm not sure what would make them outright hate each other. Also do you think that they would be outright enemies and be mean to each other to their faces or keep it behind their backs and acting like they liked each other or at least didn't have a problem with each other to each other's faces? And I think the museum gala idea would be a good place for them to meet since she would probably be there or at least be invited.

Brooklynn & Ursula
You're very welcome. 8)
Perhaps enemies is too strong a word. Hate, too, for that matter. Ursula doesn't have the cunning to sustain a false friendship with someone she dislikes. I doubt anything Brooklynn could do would earn Ursula's hatred, but in the right (or wrong) situation they might certainly clash! They're near-perfect opposites.
Instead, I think Brooklynn's pride, sarcasm, and apparent willingness to use her looks to get her way could draw Ursula's disapproval. (Even half-hearted attempts to seduce the devastatingly handsome, scandalously wealthy jet-set aristocrat David Desmarais, whom my friend Hazel's bringing to this board, would really do the trick.)
I'll have to keep thinking of other settings where characters from very different strata could interact.

BROOKLYNN & URSULA
That's fine, I was just trying to figure out what you were thinking. Brooklynn wouldn't fake liking someone she disliked so they're the same in that aspect. Ha ha I like the idea about her kind of trying to seduce David because she would definitely try something like that, especially if she had something to gain from it. And that would probably draw Ursula's dislike even more. We can start with them meeting at the museum gala night if that works.

Brooklynn & Ursula
Right now, given that they're the only ones with yacht party invites, Urs and Brooklynn will probably become fast friends as they drain the open bar themselves and watch Shark Week marathons on one of the yacht's TVs. 8p
It's longish, so I'm going to PM you my idea for a thread in which a variety of characters, including Brooklynn, and Hazel's David character, can meet each other in RP and interact. If that's okay with you!
